| The St. Charles office provides the same services as Learning Consultants, Inc. in Brentwood. LC, Inc. was founded in 1962 by Bill Ferzacca, an educator who understood that children with learning disabilities also have social/emotional needs that were not met in the schools. The business thrived in St. Louis County and in March 2000, owners Ed and Melissa Bozesky along with Rick and Joan Bates opened Learning Consultants-St. Charles to meet the growing needs of individuals in St. Charles County. Today LC St. Charles is owned and operated by Rick and Joan Bates. |
